Do you restock items that are sold out?

We only restock certain items. Unfortunately you will need to check back every two weeks to see if the item you have been eyeing out is back in stock.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

How do I know what size to choose?

How do I check on the status of my order?

Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email with tracking details. 

Please allow 24 – 48 hours for your order status to change. If you cannot track your order please click here to contact our Customer Service Team.

If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.

Why was my order cancelled?

Cazabella was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled.

If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.

What kinds of shipping options do you offer - Cazabella?

All orders are shipped with a reputable courier company.

Standard shipping – (3–7 days) – R60.00

Express shipping – (2-3 days) – R120.00

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

FREE shipping on orders over R1000.00 With a minimum purchase of R1000.00 or more, shipping is no cost to you. This limited time offer applies only to standard shipping within South Africa.

How soon will I receive a refund for my return?

Once your return has been received and checked by our returns department, your return will be assessed and approved or rejected. Please allow 14 -30 days for your refund to be processed.
